Governance and Boards
There is a direct correlation between what has been occurring in the corporate world and how boards are or are not paying attention to management of the business they are responsible for.

I agree to this, it is shown in the manner that there are high inflation prices and it would seem as if the solutions were not fully thought through before attemptint to impliment them. Ideas get lost in Manegement and that is somethign that should not happen.
Don't you love the recent WSJ articles regarding companies that must state what compensation is based on - and company lawyers cannot answer the questions?
For someone who is the CEO of a company, are there starting baseline wages?
